When posting for support, please try to follow these tips as much as possible:
Always remember to read before you post. This means you should first read the FAQ's and tutorials, and also search the support forum to see if your question has not already been asked and replied.
If you have decided the answer to your problem is neither in the FAQs nor in the support forums, ask your questions smart. That means follow this wonderful description: How do I ask support questions the smart way?
- Informative subject: If you have a problem, you should try to make the topic's title as informative and clear as possible. Using one word like 'help!' or 'please!', or a combination of these words, ALL CAPITAL LETTERS or strings of !!!!! will get you nowhere and it will not help people who search the forum before asking their questions. Please, be descriptive. Do not forget, most helpers know some things, but not all, and look for titles that may fall into what they know.
- Link: Giving a link to your forum will probably give the support team a better understanding of the problem and may result in faster help. (If the forum is locked to public or the problem cannot be seen as a guest, you'll need to create a test account.)
- Problem: A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing (and the areas that you are having the problem in) and the error message they get, will help. Please, give as many details as possible, as clearly as you can. Also, a link to an image, and nothing else in the post to describe your issue, is rather redundant, as we more likely, will have no idea what the issue is. Do not forget, unless we know what we are looking at, we can't tell what's wrong, as there are so many themes, plugins, and edits, it's hard to know what's wrong, or what's right in a picture.

- Ask politely and patiently, say thanks for replies
- Give a technically precise subject title. Please do not use words like help me, urgent, question, help, why, how, broken, quick, etc.
- Describe clearly your problem as detailed as possible, rather give too much information than too little.
- Do not start two or more different topics about the same problem. Things will get confusing, if you do, and people are likely to ignore you.
- Do not hijack other people's threads, especially if they do not really pertain to your issue.
