Let's face it. A lot of people will be looking for staff, or content writers for their forums at some point and time. The job board is a place to request just that. You can also use the job board if you are looking for a job by requesting or offering yourself for certain positions. Guidelines for the Job Board* If you are hiring staff or content writers for your forum, create a new thread detailing the positions you are looking for as well as some of their duties. - Be sure to apply the appropriate filter/label to the thread so members know what type of job pay is available; if any. * If you are seeking employment, create a new thread detailing what it is you are willing to do for a forum, the types of forums you are willing to work on, and payment requirements; if any. - Be sure to apply the appropriate filter/label to the thread so members know what type of job pay you are seeking; if any. * Be courteous to other users. If you agree to complete or do a job, be sure to do it and do it well. * Again, the job board, like Member Exchanges, is here to help your forum with staffing needs and content. * If you choose to charge for your participation, my advice to you is to keep it cheap enough that people will want to have you work for them and keep you on board. %90 of the time, people will not want to pay someone to work for them, especially on a free forum.
